Meetings

Meetings will be held throughout the year with your synchro committee as well as newsletters and communication being sent home. You will be advised of meetings in a timely fashion. Communication is a vital part of synchro. Email is the preferred method of getting information out to all the skaters. It is the fastest most efficient mode of communication. Please make sure that your email address is correct.

Fundraisers

There will be various fundraisers held throughout the year. All monies made from the fundraisers will help the entire team. These fundraisers can raise a lot of money, so try your best to participate in them. Last year fundraising paid for a bus trip to Buffalo, admission tickets for family members and hotel room for all families.

Competition Outfits

A costume designer and coaches will design outfits for each team. They will be appropriate for the music and age of the team. Each skater pays for these costumes. Cost to be determined.

 Practice Costumes and Team Wear

Practice attire will be required for all skaters at each practice. Each skater pays for these costumes. Cost to be determined.

Team warm up suits

All members are required to order warm up suits and the scarf. Cost of warm up suit is reasonable. See Laurel Gerardi for information.

Remedy for Breach

If a member of Saratoga Springs FSC does not comply with the terms of this agreement. A report shall be filled with the Synchronized Committee. The Committee shall consider the report and take or recommend such actions as deemed appropriate under the circumstances, including the suspension of the team member from participating in future synchronized skating events; such actions shall be consistent with application rules of US Figure Skating.
